摘要
将碳酸氢铵-氨水看作是混合沉淀剂,选择氯化镧溶液作料液,通过采取并流沉淀法来生产碳酸镧产品,是一项重要的工业生产工艺。为了保证产品质量,本文主要围绕稀土浓度与碳酸镧产品质量间关系、反应时间与产品质量间关系、沉淀废水回用与产品质量间关系、产品物相结构与形貌分析等方面展开讨论,从多个角度出发,全面分析碳酸镧产品质量相关影响因素,进而实现产品质量的提高。
        Ammonium bicarbonate-ammonia water is regarded as mixed precipitant, lanthanum chloride solution is selected as the condiment, and the product of lanthanum carbonate is produced by parallel flow precipitation method. In order to ensure the quality of products, this paper mainly discusses the relationship between rare earth concentration and the quality of lanthanum carbonate products, the relationship between reaction time and product quality, the relationship between the reuse of precipitated wastewater and product quality, the analysis of phase structure and morphology of products, and comprehensively analyzes the relationship between the quality of lanthanum carbonate products from various angles. Influencing factors, so as to achieve the improvement of product quality.
