摘要
以五水硫酸铜(CuSO_4·5H_2O)为铜源,L-抗坏血酸(AA)为还原剂,NaOH、Na_2CO_3、NaHCO_3、NH_3·H_2O为沉淀剂,采用沉淀法制备了不同形貌的Cu_2O。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、纳米粒径电位分析仪对样品结构、形貌进行了表征。结果表明:通过调控沉淀剂分别合成了立方体、凹面立方体、花状、空心球Cu_2O,其中花状和空心球Cu_2O由更小的Cu_2O颗粒组合而成;抗菌结果表明不同形貌Cu_2O抗菌性能大小:空心球>立方体>凹面立方体>花状。
Cu_2 O with different morphologies were synthesized by chemical precipitation method using chalcanthite(CuSO_4·5 H_2 O) as the source of copper, L-ascorbic acid(AA) as reducing agent, NaOH, Na_2 CO_3,NaHCO_3 and NH_3·H_2 O as precipitating agents. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and nano-particle size potential analyzer. The results showed that Cu_2 O with different morphologies of cube,cube concave, flower and hollow sphere were successfully synthesized by adjusting precipitator while hollow and flower sphere Cu_2 O were made of smaller particles of Cu_2 O. The antibacterial result showed that the sequence of antibacterial properties of Cu_2 O were hollow sphere>cube>cube concave>flower shape.
