摘要
目的:鉴别薏苡仁的真伪。方法:采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱指纹图谱法对薏苡仁和4种伪品草珠子、小麦、大麦、高粱米进行比较研究。结果:结果显示,薏苡仁与小麦、大麦、高粱米在薄层色谱条带上加以区分。薏苡仁和同属的草珠子在薄层色谱鉴别中难以辨别,进一步采用指纹图谱区分。结论:建立的鉴别方法,可准确区分薏苡仁及其常见伪品,为薏苡仁的质量控制提供参考。
        Objective: To identify the authenticity of Coicis Semen(Coix lachryma-jobi L. var. ma-yuen Stapf), ensuring the safety of medication and the quality of related products. Methods: Methods of thin layer chromatography(TLC) and high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) fingerprints were established. These methods were applied to compare the difference between Coicis Semen and its counterfeits(Coix lacryma-jobi var. maxima, Triticum aestivum, Hordeum vulgare and Sorghum bicolor). Results: Although Coicis Semen and Coix lacryma-jobi var. maxima are in the same genus and were difficult to distinguish by TLC, they were further distinguished by HPLC fingerprints. Additionally, Coicis Semen and three other counterfeits exhibited significant differences on strip profiles in TLC. Conclusions: Comprehensively using the established identification methods, the medicinal material of Coicis Semen can be accurately distinguished from its counterfeits, which provides evidence for the authenticity identification of Coicis Semen and the quality control of related products.
