生态环境治理中的民生关切

摘要
人与自然是生命共同体,人对自然的伤害最终会伤及人类自身。生态环境问题尽管表现多样,但其实质是人与自然之间物质变换的破坏与断裂,是人造成并反过来危及人的问题;生态环境问题得以有效治理与解决既是最大的民生关切,更是重大的国家安全,亦是涉及整个人类自身生死存亡的大问题。党的十九大报告明确强调,从制度上确保生态环境问题的根源性治理,为人民创造良好生产生活环境,把生态文明建设作为基本国策常抓不懈,为全球生态安全做出贡献。生态环境问题的中国治理充满了浓浓的人文情怀和哲学智慧。
Man and nature are a community. Man's harm to nature will eventually hurt himself. Despite the diversity of the ecological problems, their essence is the destruction and fracture of the material transformation between human beings and nature. Whether ecological and environmental problems can be effectively solved is not only the greatest concern of livelihood, but also a major national security issue. It is a major issue that involves the survival of the entire human race. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party clearly emphasizes that the system should ensure the root causes of ecological problems. The Chinese ecological governance is full of humanistic feelings and philosophical wisdom.
