摘要
某矿山球磨机自运转以来筒体衬板螺栓频繁大量断裂,造成的停产时间约占该设备总故障停产时间的97%,严重影响了设备的连续作业,造成了巨大的经济损失。通过对该问题进行专项攻关,以及详细的调查和分析,最终确定是因角衬板材料选用不当致使衬板螺栓受力条件恶劣而发生断裂。将角衬板材质由橡胶改为合金钢后,螺栓断裂的问题得到了解决。
A large amount of bolts for the shell liner of the ball mill in a mine frequently fractured. The breakdown duration due to the bolt fracture accounted for 97% of the total breakdown duration of the ball mill, which seriously affected the continuous operation of the ball mill and brought about huge economic loss. After special study and detailed investigation, it was identified that unsuitable material of the corner liner led to severe force condition of the bolts and further fracture. Therefore, the material of the corner liner was changed from rubber to alloy steel, thus the bolt fracture was avoided.
