摘要
着重分析比较6个品种沙棘果渣基本营养成分,矿物质元素含量,氨基酸种类,总黄酮的含量及抗氧化活性。结果表明:6个品种沙棘果渣基本营养成分差距明显,其中中国沙棘果渣的蛋白质含量达到19.47%,矿物质元素Ca、Fe、Mn含量也明显高于其他品种,必需氨基酸的含量占总氨基酸的39.1%。此外亚种沙棘果渣中的总黄酮含量达到3.19%,DPPH自由基和羟基自由基清除率分别为57.4%和45.1%。由此可见,亚种沙棘果渣可作为良好的蛋白质来源和抗氧化剂原料。
        The basic nutritional components,mineral element content,amino acid type,total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity of six varieties of seabuckthorn pomace were analyzed and compared. The results showed that there were significant differences in the basic nutrient components of the six varieties of seabuckthorn pomace. The protein content of Chinese seabuckthorn pomace reached 19.47 %,and the content of mineral elements(Ca,Fe and Mn) were significantly higher than that of other varieties. The content of essential amino acids was 39.1 % of the total amino acids. In addition,the content of total flavonoids in yazhong buckthorn pomace reached 3.19 %,and DPPH radical and hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity were 57.4 %and 45.1 %,respectively. Thus,yazhong seabuckthorn pomace can be used as a good source of protein and antioxidant raw materials.
