摘要
选用3种不同的温拌方式(有机温拌剂Sasobit、表面活性剂Evotherm及泡沫沥青)对废旧沥青混合料进行再生利用,旧料掺量的范围为20%~60%。通过对混合料路用性能的研究,分析了其在高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性及抗疲劳性能方面性能的差异。研究结果表明:泡沫沥青作为低能耗的温拌方式在路用性能方面表现最优,是目前可大力推广应用的新产品。
        Three different warm mixing methods(organic warm mixing agent Sasobit, surfactant Evotherm and foamed asphalt) were used to regenerate waste asphalt mixture. The old material was mixed with 20%~60%. The high temperature stability, water stability, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance were analyzed through the study of road performance of the mixture. The results show that foamed asphalt, as a low energy consumption warm mixing method, performs the best in road performance. It is a new product that can be widely applied at present.
