摘要
针对半刚性基层沥青路面存在反射裂缝的缺陷,采用柔性基层优化沥青路面结构,并研究柔性基层沥青路面抑制反射裂缝产生的机理。利用HPDS2011软件,设计半刚性基层和柔性基层两种典型沥青路面,并对比分析两种路面各结构层的力学响应。结果发现:柔性基层沥青路面各层的弯沉值都比半刚性基层沥青路面的大,特别是基层和底基层;柔性基层沥青路面的面层承受较大的拉应力,大大减小了基层和底基层的层底拉应力;半刚性基层沥青路面底基层的层底最大拉应力非常接近容许拉应力,柔性基层沥青路面底基层的层底最大拉应力却是容许拉应力的27.3%倍。研究表明:柔性基层沥青路面可以有效抑制反射裂缝的产生,而且其设计理念对我国沥青路面发展具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the defect of reflection crack in semi-rigid base asphalt pavement,the structure of asphalt pavement is optimized by flexible base,and the mechanism of restraining reflection crack of flexible base asphalt pavement is studied.Two typical asphalt pavements,semi-rigid base and flexible base,are designed by HPDS2011 software,and the mechanical responses of each structure layer of the two kinds of pavement are compared and analyzed.The results show that the deflection value of each layer of flexible base asphalt pavement is larger than that of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement,especially the base and subbase.The surface layer of the flexible base asphalt pavement bears great tensile stress,so that the tensile stress at the bottom of the base and subbase is greatly reduced.The maximum tensile stress at the bottom of the base course of the semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is very close to the allowable tensile stress,but the maximum tensile stress at the bottom of the base course of the flexible base asphalt pavement is 0.273 times of the allowable tensile stress.The research shows that the flexible base asphalt pavement can restrain the generation of reflection cracks effectively,and the design idea has certain reference value for the development of asphalt pavement in China.
