科研单位加强创新团队建设的有效对策

摘要
油气科研单位要提升科研攻关、核心竞争力,关键在于关注人才队伍建设。通力合作、集思广益是当前科技攻关的重要手段,而创新团队建设则是一个重要的实施模式。为了加强科研创新团队建设,要充分认识科研创新团队的作用;充分考虑人才队伍结构,做好团队组建工作;充分考虑成员的责权利,完善团队管理机制。
Keeping a watchful eye on talents building is the key to promote core competence and the ability to tackle the key research project in oil gas research and development institution. Teamwork and brainstorming are the important means to tackle hard-nut problems in science and technology and innovation team construction is an important implementation model. Strengthening construction of scientific research innovation team requires fully understanding the great effect of the innovation team, completing team building work with full consideration of talents structure and improving the team management mechanism with full consideration of the team members' rights and responsibilities.
