摘要
容器设备作为油气储藏和处理设备中的重要组成部分,其管口的安全至关重要。本文介绍了利用CAESARⅡ软件模拟容器设备管口方式、校核方法及边界条件的影响,对比不同模型的计算结果,说明了容器设备初始位移和管口柔性对管道应力和管口受力的影响,并提出降低管口受力的措施,优化管道布置。
        Pressure vessel is an important part of oil and gas storage and processing equipments, the safety of its nozzle is critical. In this paper, simulation ways of equipment nozzle by CAESAR Ⅱsoftware were introduced as well as checking methods and the influence of boundary conditions, the calculation results of different models were compared, the influence of the initial displacement of the equipment and the flexibility of the nozzle on the piping stress and nozzle loads was discussed. At last, the measures to reduce the nozzle loads and optimize the piping layout were also put forward.
