大型LNG接收站新型仓储运营管理模式探讨

摘要
LNG单位质量或体积热值能真实反应LNG中各组分完全燃烧时所放出的热量值;不同产地LNG因组分不同气化率和热值有较大差异对下游用户产生较大影响,为了解决产地不同的进口LNG组分、气化率、热值不同对下游市场用户带来的问题,结合珠海LNG接收站运营管理实践,利用LNG的特性,探讨LNG接收站新型仓储运营管理模式可行性,通过生产实践新型仓储模式能够满足下游不同市场用户的需求,有效缓解不同产地LNG品质对用户带来的影响,拓展了贸易市场,为接收站生产运营取得了较好的经济效益。通过实践研究认为:①LNG接收站可以实施不同组分的LNG分开仓储生产模式;②不同组分LNG分开仓储有利满足下游不同市场需求并能促进市场发展;③采用LNG不同组分分开储存方式便于接收站开展精细化生产;④分组份仓储生产模式是对传统接收站生产工艺和操作模式的探索和升级,提高了操作的安全性和产品的竞争力。
        LNG unit mass or volumetric heat value can truly reflect the heat which is released when all LNG compositions are burned completely. LNG in different places of origin is different in composition, so its gasification rate and heat value are different, bringing about greater impacts on downstream users. In order to solve this problem,the feasibility of a new-type storage management mode of LNG terminal was discussed based on the properties of LNG, combined with the practical operation management of Zhuhai LNG terminal. It is indicated from the production practice that the new-type storage mode can satisfy the demands of the users in different downstream markets, effectively alleviate the impacts on the users caused by the properties of LNG in different places of origin, expand the trade markets and provide better economic benefits of production and operation for the terminals. The following results were obtained based on practice study. First, the separable warehouse production mode for LNG with different compositions can be implemented at LNG terminals. Second, the separable storage of LNG with different compositions is beneficial to satisfy the demands of different downstream markets and promote the development of markets. Third,the separable storage mode for LNG with different compositions is convenient for the fine production at terminals.Fourth, the composition-based storage mode is the exploring and upgrading version of the traditional production process and operation mode of terminal, and it improves the operation safety and product competitiveness.
