摘要
酸化是油田重要的增产措施之一,目前酸化技术的应用已相对成熟,但油井酸化后残酸的处理问题一直未得到彻底解决。返排液进入生产流程后,产出液乳化严重、脱水困难,会进而对油、气、水的处理流程产生较大影响,会引起电脱水器断电、甚至导致外输原油含水超标,注入水水质不合格。本文通过测定油井酸化后初、中、后期返排液的物理参数特征,如水相pH值、无机离子含量、电导率、悬浮物含量、浊度等,研究酸化返排液在返排过程中物性参数的变化,发现不同时期返排液特征差异明显进而分析各参数之间的联系,为返排液的处理提供理论依据。
        Acidification is one of the important stimulation measures in oilfields. At present,the application of acidification technology has been relatively mature, but the treatment of residual acid after acidification has not been thoroughly solved. When the back-drain liquid enters the production process, the emulsification of the produced liquid is serious and the dehydration is difficult, which will have a greater impact on the treatment process of oil, gas and water. It will cause the power failure of the electric dehydrator, and even lead to the water content of the crude oil transported out of the standard, and the water quality of the injected water is not up to standard. In this paper, by measuring the physical parameters of the return fluid after acidizing, such as water phase p H value, inorganic ion content, conductivity, suspended matter content, turbidity, etc., the changes of physical parameters during the process of the return fluid are studied. It is found that there are obvious differences in the characteristics of the return fluid at different stages, and then the relationship between the parameters is analyzed, which provides a basis for the treatment of the return fluid.
