摘要
青东5块平均原油粘度1 500 mP·s,含蜡平均5.52%,含胶平均15.25%,属于典型的高含蜡中高含胶常规稠油油藏。在常规管杆生产中存在载荷过大、油井缓下、管杆偏磨断杆等问题。通过井筒升温防结胶结蜡+清防蜡剂除蜡的治理主线,同时配合管杆优化对油井抽油杆偏磨进行治理。实施后取得了较好的效果:油井载荷过大、缓下问题有效解决,油井偏磨问题得到治理。
        The average viscosity of crude oil of Qingdong 5 is 1 500 mP·s, the average wax content is 5.52%, and the average colloid content is 15.25%. It is a typical high-wax and medium-high colloid conventional heavy oil reservoir. There were some problems in the conventional production of oil well, such as excessive load, slowing down and partial wear of the pipe and rod. The measures were used to solve above problems, including the wellbore heating for anti-caking and using anti-wax agent for removing wax, optimizing the pipe and rod for controlling the rod eccentric wear of oil well. Good results have been achieved after using the measures,the above problems have been effectively solved.
