果汁泥中苯甲酸含量的不确定度评定

摘要
目的评定高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定果汁泥中苯甲酸的不确定度。方法根据GB 5009.28-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠的测定》和JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立分析HPLC测定果汁泥中苯甲酸的数学模型,通过对整个测定过程中的不确定度来源进行分析和合成,运用最小二乘法对苯甲酸标准曲线拟合的不确定度进行评定。结果在95%置信区间下, k=2,当取样量为2.0630 g,测得果汁泥中苯甲酸含量为(5.997±0.746)μg/kg。结论该实验的主要不确定度来源为标准溶液配制、样品稀释以及标准曲线拟合。
        Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of benzoic acid content in juice mud by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods According to GB 5009.28-2016 National food safety standards-Determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin sodium in food and JJF 1059.1-2012 Measurement and expression of measurement uncertainty, the mathematical model was established for the determination of the uncertainty of benzoic acid content in juice mud by HPLC. The least squares method was used to assess the uncertainty of the fitting of the standard curve by analyzing and synthesizing the sources of uncertainty throughout the assay. Results When the sample was 2.0630 g, the result of determination of the residual amount of benzoic acid content in juice mud was(5.997±0.746) μg/kg at the 95% confidence interval(k=2). Conclusion The main sources of uncertainty are standard solution preparation, sample dilution and standard curve fitting.
