摘要
随着生活质量的不断提升,人们对食品安全指数、口感和品质的要求也越来越高,天然的食品防腐剂成为了食品加工和生产领域发展的新方向。基于此,本文简述了微生物源食品防腐剂的基本概念与种类,着重分析微生物源食品防腐剂在调味品中的应用价值,旨在为人民群众的食品安全保驾护航。
With the continuous improvement of the quality of life, people's requirements for food safety index,taste and quality are becoming higher and higher. Natural food preservatives have become a new direction in the field of food processing and production. Based on this, this paper briefly described the basic concepts and types of microbial food preservatives, focusing on the analysis of the application value of microbial food preservatives in condiments, in order to protect people's food safety.
