摘要
实际生产油膜轴承时重力浇铸易使轴瓦产生孔洞、夹渣、结合强度不够等缺陷,因而选用离心浇铸方法来改善轴瓦质量。为提高合金层与钢背的结合强度,避免脱落现象,对轴瓦在浇注完毕后的冷却过程进行研究,通过对五种冷却工艺进行实验分析,得出了最佳冷却工艺,为实际生产提供科学依据。
In actual production of oil-film bearing,it made bearing shell emerge hole,slag inclusion and insufficient strength easily by using gravity casting,so centrifugal casting method was chosen to improve the quality of bearing shell.To improve the bond strength of alloy layer and steel back and to avoid shedding phenomenon,the cooling process of bearing shell after centrifugal casting was studied in this paper,by analyzing five cooling technology experiments,the best cooling technology was obtained,which would provide scientific basis for the production.
