摘要
本油膜轴承通过在西门子S7-300PLC上对油膜轴承压力、转速及温度进行控制,将实际载荷与设定载荷进行比较,通过PID控制器对这个偏差进行计算得到新的输出量,并由这个输出量来控制比例阀的开度。油膜轴承试验台控制程序与比例阀控制方法的优化,将在一定程度上提升系统的安全性和稳定性。
By controlling the pressure, speed and temperature of the oil film bearing on Siemens S7-300 PLC, the actual load is compared with the set load, and the new output quantity is obtained by calculating the deviation by the PID controller. This output is used to control the opening of the proportional valve. The optimization of control program and proportional valve control method for oil film bearing test-bed will improve the safety and stability of the system to a certain extent.
