中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病对糖尿病视网膜病变的影响观察

摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病对糖尿病视网膜病变的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月—2011年12月内分泌科就诊并首次确诊、至2017年12月定时门诊随访的2型糖尿病患者148例,分为对照组74例(采用常规治疗)和治疗组74例(采用中西医结合治疗)。统计分析2组患者糖尿病视网膜病变发生时间。结果 5年病程、8年病程内出现糖尿病视网膜病变例数,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组发生糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的发病时间长于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病可以有效降低糖尿病视网膜病变发生率并延缓发病时间,值得应用推广。
Objective To explore the effect of combine traditional chinese medicine and western medicine on diabetic retinopathy of type 2 diabetes.Methods Rretrospective analysis the clinical data of the 148 patients of type 2 diabetes in the department of endocrinology of our hospital from 2010 to 2011,and clinical follow-up to 2017.The 74 patients of the control group with routine therapy,and the 74 patients of treatment group with therapy of the combining chinese and western medicine,then statistical analysis the time of diabetic retinopathy in patients.Results ①there are significant difference of the numbers of diabetic retinopathy in 5 and 8 years between control group and treatment group(P<0.05);②here are significant difference of course of disease between control group and treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The conbined treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine has a better clinical curative effect,and delay the time of the diabetic retinopathy,and have the worthy of application and promotion.
