论脐与脾胃相通

摘要
脐,穴名神阙,为先天的生命系统、全身重要的中枢。根据中医基础理论研究,在脐部敷药或运用拔罐、艾灸、按摩、针刺、物理疗法等方法便会对全身系统产生巨大作用,从而达到预防、治疗疾病的效果,也称"脐疗法",是中医临床外治法的重要组成部分。脐与正经中十二经脉、奇经八脉相通,进而同脏腑密切联系,脐为机体经气、脏腑气血汇聚之处,为人体阴阳气化的总枢。从经络理论、人体生理、病理表现上脐与脾胃密切相关,因此通过刺激脐部来"触动"中介机制的反应,调动机体自身的修复调节作用,可调整脏腑功能、扶正祛邪及平衡阴阳,从而达到治胃痛、便秘、泄泻等脾胃系病症的目的。
Umbilicus(Shenque, CV8) is the innate life system and the important center of the whole body.According to traditional Chinese medicine, applying medicine or cupping, moxibustion, massage, acupuncture,physical therapy and other methods on umbilical part will have a great effect on the whole body system, so as to achieve the effect of prevention and treatment of diseases. Umbilical therapy is an important part of clinical external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Umbilicus is connected with the twelve meridians and the eight extraordinary meridians of the normal menstruation, and then closely related to the viscera. The umbilicus is the convergence place of the body's meridians, viscera, qi and blood, and the general hub of the body's yin and yang.According to the channel theory physiological and pathological manifestations, umbilicus is closely related to spleen and stomach. Therefore, stimulating the umbilicus to trigger the reaction of the mediating mechanism and mobilizing the body's own repairing and regulation can adjust the functions of the viscera, strengthen the body, dispel evil and balance yin and yang, so as to achieve the purpose of treating gastralgia, constipation, diarrhea and other spleen and stomach diseases.
