阿司匹林肠溶片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨使用阿司匹林肠溶片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:将2017年3月至2018年4月期间济宁市第一人民医院收治的72例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和试验组。为对照组患者使用阿司匹林肠溶片进行治疗,为试验组患者使用阿司匹林肠溶片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片进行治疗。然后观察两组患者心绞痛发作的情况、治疗的效果及发生不良反应的情况。结果:治疗后,试验组患者在心绞痛发作日其心绞痛发作的频率低于对照组患者,其每次心绞痛发作持续的时间短于对照组患者,其两个心绞痛发作日间隔的时间长于对照组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:使用阿司匹林肠溶片联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果显著,可有效地缓解患者的临床症状,且安全性较高。
objective: to investigate the efficacy of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel sulfate tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods: 72 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to jining first people's hospital from March 2017 to April2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, while patients in the experimental group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel sulfate tablets. Then the angina attack, treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results: after treatment, the frequency of angina attack in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the duration of each angina attack was shorter than that in the control group, the interval between two angina attacks was longer than that in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). During the treatment period, the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared, P > 0.05. Conclusion:aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel sulfate tablets are effective in the treatment of angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease, which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.
