格列吡嗪控释片联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察格列吡嗪控释片联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选取本院收治的2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。单纯采用格列吡嗪控释片治疗的为对照组,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片治疗。比较两组血糖指标(HbAlc、FBG、2 hPG)变化、疗效及不良反应。结果两组治疗前血糖指标比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后观察组Hb Alc、FBG、2 hPG等较对照组均明显较低(P <0.05)。观察组治疗有效率96.00%,明显高于对照组(78.00%,P <0.05)。观察组不良反应率为8.00%,对照组为10.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论格列吡嗪控释片联合盐酸二甲双胍肠溶片治疗2型糖尿病的疗效显著,可有效控制患者血糖水平,安全性高。
Objective To observe the effect of glipizide controlled release tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride enteric solution on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with glipizide controlled release tablets alone,and the observation group was given additionally metformin hydrochloride enteric solution. The changes,effects and adverse reactions of blood glucose indexes(HbAlc,FBG and 2 hPG)were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,HbAlc,FBG and 2 hPG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 96.00% higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Glipizide controlled release tablets combined with metformin hydrochloride enteric tablets have a significant effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetes,which could effectively controlled patients' blood glucose level and high safety.
