摘要

《傅青主女科》是古代中医妇科的经典之作,对于现代妇产科疾病的预防和治疗具有重要的临床价值,本文浅析傅氏对痛经病的病因病机,辨证方法,治疗思路及其创新的特点,从肝脾肾三脏立论,运用五行生克规律结合脏腑和八纲辨证方法,溯本求源,继承古训,发展创新。
        Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology is the classical work of the ancient Chinese Medicine Department of Gynecology,has important clinical value for the prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases.This article analyses his understanding of pathogeny and pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea,combines the rule of the five elements with each other,inheritance and development of the theory of traditional Chinese Medicine,it has a guiding role in the development of traditional Chinese Medicine.
