摘要
探讨了天然染料苏木上染黏胶纤维的改性工艺,研究了染色性能,得出较佳的改性工艺为:改性剂质量浓度40 g/L,pH=12,时间40 min,温度50℃;较佳的染色工艺为:pH=9,时间75 min,温度70℃。改性黏胶纤维苏木染色的沾色牢度很好:黏胶沾色为5级,羊毛沾色为4~5级,耐干摩擦色牢度较好,为3~4级,并具有良好的抗紫外性能。
        The modification process of viscose fiber dyed with natural dye sapanwood was discussed, and the dyeing properties were studied. Then the preferred modification process was shown as follows, the modifier concentration was40 g/L, the pH was 12, the time was 40 min, and the temperature was 50 ℃. The preferred dyeing process was at 70 ℃for 75 min, with pH=9. The Modified viscose fiber dyed with sapanwood exhibited great stained fastness, in which the viscose staining was 5 and wool staining was 4~5. It displayed good dry fast rubbing fastness, grade 3~4, and exhibited great ultraviolet resistance.
