摘要
织物耐水色牢度及耐汗渍色牢度试验时,含有羊毛贴衬的织物不易浸透。洗洁精中所含的各种离子表面活性剂能迅速提高羊毛亲水性,文中将洗洁精添加到耐水色牢度及耐汗渍色牢度测试液中,探讨了表面活性剂对不同织物的贴衬织物耐水色及耐汗渍沾色牢度的影响。结果表明,表面活性剂处理后羊毛贴衬浸透速度加快,润湿性能提升,提高了试验效率;添加表面活性剂后,对羊毛、锦纶、涤纶、苎麻贴衬的沾色影响不大,而对棉与桑蚕丝的贴衬沾色牢度降低。
        The fabric containing wool lining is not easily impregnated during the test of color fastness to water and perspiration. Various Ionic surfactants contained in detergent can rapidly increase wool hydrophilicity. The effect of surfactant on water resistance and perspiration stain fastness of different fabrics was studied by adding detergent to water resistance and perspiration resistance test liquid. The results show that the surface surfactant treatment of wool lining fabric impregnation speed, improved the wettability of wool lining fabric, and the test efficiency has a great improved. After the addition of surfactant, the color of wool, nylon, polyester and ramie lining was not affected, but the color fastness of cotton and mulberry silk is reduced.
