摘要
水调系统是水库调度的核心系统,为发电计划、防洪调度提供决策依据。泄流曲线是水调系统的基础特征性曲线,直接参与电站水量平衡分析计算及流域水情测预报,其精度直接影响梯级水库调度方案制定的合理性和科学性。本文根据电站水库的特性和电站机组带负荷的运行特点,以及泄洪闸门的运行要求,确定了选用水位流量关系和流量系数法进行泄洪闸门泄流曲线率定,并对率定结果进行了分析,结果较为准确,与事实相符。本文可为类似日调节水库泄洪闸门泄流曲线率定提供参考。
        The water regulating system is the core system of reservoir dispatching,which provides decision-making basis for power generation planning and flood control dispatching.Discharge curve is the basis of the water system characteristic curve,directly involved in the power plant water balance analysis and calculation and watershed hydrologic forecast,its precision directly affect the reasonable and scientific scheduling scheme of cascade reservoirs.In this paper,according to the characteristics of hydropower station reservoir and the operation of the power plant unit load characteristics,as well as the operation requirements of flood discharge gate,determine the relationship between the choose water flow rate and flow coefficient method for flood discharge gate discharge curve,and the calibration results are analyzed,the results more accurate,consistent with the fact.It can be used as reference for the discharge curve of the flood gate of the reservoir.
