摘要
基于原有闸门监测系统无卷扬机故障诊断的功能,在LabVIEW上编写G语言程序,设计卷扬机系统的在线状态监测软件。监测系统可以实现数据采集、数据存储、历史数据再现以及故障预警等功能。实际运行结果表明,本监测系统可以及时发现卷扬系统的各种故障情况,使检修更具有针对性。
        Based on the function of the original gate monitoring system without fault diagnosis of hoister,the G language program was written on LabVIEW,and the online condition monitoring software of the hoist system was designed.The monitoring system can implement functions such as data acquisition,data storage,historical data reproduction,and fault warning.The actual operation results show that the monitoring system can detect the fault condition of the hoisting system in time,and make the overhaul more targeted.
