水中病毒的浓缩检测与处理技术研究进展

摘要
水环境中的病毒需要先进行浓缩富集才可以进行检测,介绍了目前常见的病毒浓集方法,包括滤膜过滤法、吸附-洗脱法、絮凝沉淀法、超速离心法、免疫磁珠分离法、超滤法。综述了4种病毒检测方法:细胞培养法、免疫学检测法、PCR检测法、生物芯片技术;处理实际水环境中的病毒可通过两个途径:分离和灭活;最后对水环境病毒的研究现状进行了展望。
        Before detecting,the virus in the aquatic environment needs to be concentrated,the article introduces the current common virus concentration methods,including membrane filtration method,adsorption-elution method,flocculent precipitation,ultracentrifugation,immunomagnetic bead,ultrafiltration;This paper summarizes the four viral detection methods:cell culture method,immunological detection method,PCR detection method,biochip technology;The virus in the actual water environment can be treated through two ways:separation and inactivation;Furthermore,the research status of the virus in aquatic environment is discussed.
