摘要
采用文献资料法等,对职业运动员权益诉求进行研究。主要结论:我国职业体育的市场化程度依旧不够成熟,主要表现在职业运动员、俱乐部、运动队、社会之间的权、责、利界限模糊问题,职业运动员的广告代言问题以及个人价值如何体现等方面,提出了完善法律法规保障与明确多方权益,借鉴国外经验管理职业运动员,拓宽就业市场,保障退役运动员的就业等建议。
This paper studies on the rights appeals of Chinese professional athletes by means of literature review and other methods. It shows opinions that China's sports market is still immature with vague definitions in rights, responsibilities and interests among athletes, clubs, teams and society, as well as the advertisements of the athletes and their personal value expression. This paper also proposes some suggestions such as perfect laws and regulations, clarify rights and liabilities, learn from foreign experience to manage professional athletes, and ensure the employment of retired athletes.
