我国高水平体育后备人才基地认定和建设研究

摘要
传统的体育人才培养方式已不能满足我国竞技体育可持续发展的多种需求。根据系统科学的相关理论,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等,对当前"举国体制"下体育后备人才培养面临的主要问题和国家高水平体育后备人才基地认定工作进行了系统分析,提出了基地建设的发展思路:优化体教结合的人才培养系统工程,依托体育产业培养竞技体育人才,建立多元化的人才培养模式。
The traditional sports talent training mode has not been matching with the various needs of the sustainable development of competitive sports of our country. Based on the theory of system science,using the method of literature and expert interview and logical analysis and so on,on the national system of main problems and facing the base mechanism of reserve personnel training of sports of our country that has carried on the analysis of the system,the article put forward the development idea of the reform and construction of base of high level sports reserve talents in China: Optimization of physical education training system combining with the project of talent, relying on the sports industry for the training of competitive sports talents,establishing a diversified training mode of talents.
