戊酸雌二醇片联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗萎缩性阴道炎的效果

摘要
目的探讨戊酸雌二醇片联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗萎缩性阴道炎的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年2月我院收治的萎缩性阴道炎患者100例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(甲硝唑阴道泡腾片)与试验组(甲硝唑阴道泡腾片+戊酸雌二醇片),各50例。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组表层细胞百分比均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇片联合甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗萎缩性阴道炎的效果确切,可提高阴道内表层细胞百分比,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of estradiol valerate tablets combined with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with atrophic vaginitis admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group(metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets) and experimental group(metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets+estradiol valerate tablets),with 50 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the percentage of superficial cells in both groups increased, and that in the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Estradiol valerate tablets combined with metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets are effective in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis, which can increase the percentage of vagina superficial cells and has high safety.
