摘要
采用新型可饱和吸收体和锁模机制,研制了低抖动高重频宽光谱飞秒光纤激光器,并实现了高性能光采样脉冲的产生.给出了时间-波长交织和时间拉伸光模数转换系统架构;阐明了通道失配产生的原因及其校正方法;研究了光模数转换在雷达和示波器等系统中应用的关键技术.实验结果表明,利用光子学高速宽带特点实现的光子模数转换器,可有效克服电子瓶颈,实现高速宽带信号的采样.
        A new kind of femtosecond fiber laser with low timing jitter,high repetition rate and broad flattened bandwidth was developed using new saturable absorber and mode locking mechanism,from which high performance sampling pulses were generated.The schemes of photonic analog-to-digital converters(PADCs)based on time-wavelength interleaving and time stretch were presented.Methods to identify and compensate the channel mismatches were described.Key issues for practical applications of PADC in Radar and oscilloscope systems were depicked.Expermental results show that PADC,which takes advantage of the inherent characteristics of photonics,is an effetive way to overcome the bottle neck of electronics for sampling high speed and broadband signals.
