摘要
通过实地调查、设置样方、对比试验,测量、记录泥炭藓的生长长度与分枝数,研究自然状况下及实验室与大田不同处理方式下泥炭藓的生长情况。实验发现:(1)泥炭藓没有明显的生长期和休眠期,生长与温度密切相关,当温度超过25℃时不利于其生长,4~6月和9月生长最快,每月生长2cm以上;3、7、8、10月每月生长1cm以上,而1、2、11、12月的生长都在1cm以下;(2)着生基质的酸碱性对泥炭藓生长影响显著,在酸性基质条件下,泥炭藓生长正常且迅速;(3)泥炭藓生长过程中的分枝数,与剪切刺激显著相关,植株中段最易萌发出枝;(4)在大田栽培初期用稻草或遮阳网阻止阳光直射,有利于泥炭藓生长。
        Through field surveys,sample plots setting and contrast tests,measuring the length and number of branches of Sphagnum. The growth of Sphagnum was studied under different treatments of natural condition,laboratory and field experiment. The results showed that( 1) Sphagnum has no obvious growth period and dormancy period,the growth was closely related to temperature,and it was also not conducive to its growth when the temperature exceeds 25℃. It growed faster from April to June and September,with an increase of more than 2 cm per month. It had a monthly increase of more than 1 cm in March,July,August and October,and below 1 cm in January,February,December and December.( 2) The acidity and alkalinity of the peat moss substrate had a significant effect on the growth of Sphagnum. Under acidic conditions,Sphagnum grows normally and rapidly.( 3) The number of branches during the growth was significantly related to shearing stimuli,and the branches were most likely to sprout in the middle part of the plant.( 4) In the early field cultivation,straw or shade nets were used to prevent direct sunlight,which was conducive to the growth of Sphagnum.
