高职院校注册入学生源情况调查及对策分析——以泰州职业技术学院为例

摘要
学情分析是高职院校制订人才培养方案的基础,也是日后学生管理工作的重要依据。通过分析注册入学学生的生源情况和学习现状,发现学生存在知识基础薄弱、学习自觉性差、自控能力不强、价值观取向走偏、容易上当受骗等问题,在此基础上,从改革人才培养方案、课程设置、教学方法以及确立正确价值观等方面提出应对措施。
The analysis of learning situation is the foundation of formulating talents training program in higher vocational colleges, and also the important basis of student management work in future. Through the analysis of enrollment students and their learning status, it is found that the students have some problems, such as weak knowledge base, poor learning consciousness and poor self-control ability, deviation of value orientation,easy to be deceived. Based on the above mentioned, some countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of reforming talents training plan, courses setting, teaching methods and establishing correct values.
