摘要

为倡导国家节能减排,汽车工业向电能源高速发展,以塑代钢为解决汽车减重成为了可能。文中叙述汽车散热器注塑成型工艺及其制定。介绍汽车散热器注塑成型模具的结构设计,热处理及模具材料。
        With the advocating national energy saving and emission reduction,and automotive industry develops rapidly to electric energy,it is possible to use plastic instead of steel to reduce the weight of automobiles.The injection molding process of automobile radiator and its formulation are described in this paper.The structure design,heat treatment and mold material of injection mold for automobile radiator are introduced.
