低渗透煤层注水驱替促抽治理瓦斯技术

摘要
为解决单一低渗透煤层瓦斯抽采技术难度大、抽采成本高等问题,以夏店煤矿3116工作面低渗透3~#煤层瓦斯抽采为工程背景,提出注—抽钻孔间隔布置高压注水驱替促抽治理瓦斯技术。通过注水孔和抽采孔间隔布置,利用高压水对煤层瓦斯的驱替作用和水对瓦斯的置换解吸作用,提高相邻抽采孔的瓦斯浓度和瓦斯流量,通过试验结果可知:注水时相邻抽采钻孔煤层瓦斯流量和瓦斯浓度均显著增加,注水后一定时间相邻钻孔瓦斯流量和瓦斯浓度持续增加,注水驱替促抽瓦斯持续周期为10d左右。
        To solve the problem that gas extraction in coal seam of single low permeability is difficult, and the extraction cost is high, taking gas extraction in 3~# coal seam 3116 face low permeability of Xiadian Coal Mine as the engineering background, the paper puts forward the injection-extraction borehole spacing arrangement and high pressure water injection displacement to promote the control of gas. By water injection hole and extraction hole spacing arrangement, using high pressure water displacement of coal seam gas and water displacement of gas desorption, we can improve gas flow rate, gas concentration of the extraction from adjacent hole. The experimental results indicate: when adjacent gas flow rate and gas extraction from coal seam drilling concentrations were significantly increased, within a certain time gas flow rate and gas concentration of adjacent borehole will increase, and the continuous cycle of the water flooding displacement is about 10d.
