摘要
锚网喷联合支护能够综合发挥锚网支护和喷浆支护的优势,对煤矿巷道围岩控制效果良好。本文将锚网喷联合支护技术应用于阳煤五矿8#煤试采工作面集中回风巷,针对岩巷段和煤巷段提出不同断面形状及支护参数;然后对锚网喷支护参数进行了校核,并将锚网喷联合支护方案应用于工程现场。现场观测显示:巷道最大顶底板变形量和最大两帮变形量均在允许的范围内,实现了巷道的安全快速掘进。
        Bolting and shotcreting combined support can comprehensively exert the advantages of bolting and shotcrete support, and has good effect on surrounding rock of mine roadway. In this paper, the combined support technology of bolt-net-spraying is applied to the 8# coal mining face concentrated return Air Lane, the different section shape and supporting parameters are put forward according to the Rock roadway section and the Coal Roadway section, and then the bolting net Shotcrete support parameter is checked, and the combined bolting and shotcreting support scheme is applied to the project site. The field observation shows that the deformation of the maximum roof and the maximum deformation of the roadway is within the allowable range and the safe and fast excavation of the roadway is realized.
