注浆钢花管加固在复杂地质滑坡体治理中的施工技术研究

摘要
经滑坡体治理方案优化比选后,采用边坡土石方卸载+强支挡+防护+排水的处理方案。本滑坡体地质主要为含碎石粉质黏土、全风化页岩、强风化页岩、全风化泥质砂岩及强风化泥质砂岩。滑动带主要由全风化页岩、炭质页岩及全风化泥质砂岩组成,钻孔揭露局部滑动痕迹。滑坡体卸载后,稳定性不满足要求,需进行强力支挡,考虑到岩土体工程性质差,基岩面较深,如采用锚索支护则锚索长度近50 m,施工难度大,因此选用钢花管注浆进行处治。文章就该钢花管钻孔、注浆施工工艺及施工过程进行总结,希望能为以后类似工程起借鉴作用。
        After the optimization of the landslide control scheme,the disposal plan of the uninstall+strong support block+protection+drainage was adopted.This landslide is mainly composed of crushed stone powder clay,whole weathered shale,strong weathering shale,whole weathered argillaceous sandstone and strong weathered argillaceous sandstone.The sliding zone consists of fully weathered shale,carbonaceous shale and whole weathered argillaceous sandstone.Stability of landslide after unloading,does not meet the requirements,the need for strong retaining,considering the engineering properties of rock mass is poor,deep bed rock,such as using anchor cable anchor cable length nearly 50 m,construction difficulty is big,so choose spray of molten steel pipe grouting treatment.This paper summarized the construction process and construction process of the steel tube drilling and grouting,and hopeed that it can be used for reference for similar projects in the future.
