泪道逆行置管联合妥布霉素地塞米松治疗成人泪道阻塞的效果

摘要
目的探讨泪道逆行置管联合妥布霉素地塞米松治疗成人泪道阻塞的效果。方法将68例泪道阻塞患者按照入院治疗时间的先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各34例(34眼)。两组均采用泪道逆行置管术,观察组在义管拔出后给予妥布霉素地塞米松眼膏注入泪道填充。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组不良环境眼部不适发生频率、眼部不适发生频率、眼部不适对日常活动的影响评分和OSDI总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泪道逆行置管联合妥布霉素地塞米松可提高泪道阻塞患者的临床治疗效果和术后生活质量,改善患者术后眼部不适症状。
Objective To explore the effect of retrograde lacrimal duct catheterization combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone in the treatment of adult lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods A total of 68 patients with lacrimal duct obstruction were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission treatment time, with34 cases(34 eyes) in each group. Both groups were treated with retrograde lacrimal duct catheterization. The observation group was filled with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye ointment into lacrimal duct after removal of artificial duct. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Six months after operation, the scores of frequency of ocular discomfort in adverse environment, the eye discomfort frequency, the influence of eye discomfort on daily activities and the total score of OSDI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Retrograde lacrimal duct catheterization combined with tobramycin and dexamethasone can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with lacrimal duct obstruction, and improve the symptoms of eye discomfort after operation.
