基于《中医方剂大辞典》的银屑病外用方剂用药规律数据挖掘

摘要
目的总结治疗银屑病外用方剂的用药规律。方法收集《中医方剂大辞典》中主治银屑病的外用方剂,基于中医传承辅助系统V 2. 0. 1软件,采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析治疗银屑病的外用方剂中药物的使用频次、常用药对及中药组合、药物核心组合及新处方组合。结果共筛选出符合条件的外用方剂131首,涉及药物209种,使用频次≥10的药物有22味,使用频次前3位的分别是硫黄、轻粉和雄黄。得到常用中药组合48个,药物组合出现频次由高到低排序,前3位分别是硫黄-雄黄、蛇床子-大风子、苦参-蛇床子;得到核心药物组合22个,包括荆芥-生地黄-乳香-黄芩-黄柏-黄连-大黄等;聚类获得11个新处方,包括荆芥-生地黄-乳香-甘草;青黛-冰片-红粉-麝香-山慈菇等。结论《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗银屑病外用方剂治疗上从以杀虫攻毒祛风为主,逐渐转向以清热解毒、凉血活血、润肤止痒为主。
Objective To summarize the medication rules of prescriptions for psoriasis. Methods The external prescriptions for psoriasis in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions(《中医方剂大辞典》) were collected. Based on the V 2. 0. 1 software of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance system,data mining methods such as association rules and complex system entropy clustering were used to analyze the frequency of use of drugs,common drug pairs and combinations of Chinese medicines,core combinations of drugs and new prescription combinations of the external prescription for treating psoriasis. Results A total of 131 prescriptions for external use were selected,involving 209 kinds of drugs. There were 22 drugs with frequency larger than 10. The top 3 frequentlyused drugs were Sulphur,Calomelas and Realgar. And 48 commonly used Chinese medicine combinations were obtained,and the top 3 combinations with frequency from high to lowe Sulfur-Realgar,Shechuangzi(Fructus Cnidii)-Dafengzi(Hydnocarpus Anthelmintica Pierre),Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis)-Shechuangzi(Fructus Cnidii); 22 core drug combinations were obtained,including Jingjie(Herba Schizonepetae)-Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Recens)-Olibanum-Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae)-Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri)-Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)-Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei),etc.; Totally 11 new prescriptions were obtained by cluster,including Jingjie(Herba Schizonepetae)-Shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Recens)-Olibanum-Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae); Qingdai(Indigo Naturalis)-Bingpian(Borneolum Syntheticum)-Hongfen(Hydrargyri Oxydum Rubrum)-Moschus-Shancigu(Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones),etc. Conclusion The external treatment of psoriasis in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions is mainly based on killing ascarid,counteracting toxic substances and dispelling wind,and gradually shifts to clearing away heat and detoxifying,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation,moisturizing and relieving itching.
