摘要
针对传统手工腐竹晾晒过程中存在粘黏问题,采用智能控制的方式让电动机带动腐竹杆旋转,翻动腐竹与杆接触的地方,避免腐竹粘黏在晾晒杆上。对晾晒工艺适当的改进,实现绿色智能晒干腐竹,节省人力物力,提高腐竹品质,不仅会取得很好的经济效应和社会效应,也会推动食品行业的可持续发展,对推动农村的经济发展以及传统工艺的发展具有重大意义。
In view of sticking problem in the drying process of traditional hand rot bamboo, using the intelligent control method.The motor is used to drive the rot bamboo rod to rotate, and the place where the rot bamboo touches the rod is turned to avoid the stick of the rot bamboo on the drying rod. Proper improvement of the drying process, green smart drying of saffron,saving manpower and material resources, and improving the quality of saffron will not only achieve good economic and social effects, but also promote the sustainable development of the food industry. It is of great significance to promote the rural economy and the development of traditional crafts.
