摘要
为提高选煤厂的生产效率,降低电能的消耗,通过对传统煤炭洗选装备存在问题的系统分析,指出老旧系统的软件系统不兼容、设备选型不匹配、集成化控制水平低、设备维护保养成本费用高等弊病和缺点,从而提出通过兼容整合多种PLC集控系统、分项进行模块化控制的手段设计出智能化自动洗选的优化方案,经过经济效益与节能成本的对比分析,得出系统优化后节能降耗、环保高效的论证。
        in order to improve the production efficiency of coal preparation plant and reduce the consumption of electric energy, through systematic analysis on the existing problems of traditional coal washing equipment, it points out that the old system is incompatible with the software system, the equipment selection is not matched, the level of integrated control is low, and the cost of equipment maintenance and maintenance is used. The optimization scheme of intelligent automatic washing is designed by means of integrating a variety of PLC centralized control systems and dividing modules into modularized control. After comparison and analysis of economic and energy saving costs, the argumentation of energy saving and environmental protection and efficiency after the system optimization is obtained.
