浅谈艾柯夫SL1000型采煤机的检修与维护

摘要
基于神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿综采工作面在用艾柯夫SL1000型7 m大采高采煤机的使用情况,总结了大采高采煤机检修与维护的主要内容,其中包括机械系统、液压系统和电气系统;提出了采煤机常见故障的处理方法,增加采煤机的可靠性,延长采煤机的使用寿命。
Based on the application of EKF SL1000 Shearer in fully mechanized working face of Daliuta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group, the main contents of maintenance and repair of mechanical system, hydraulic system and electrical system of shearer were summarized, and the treatment methods of common faults of shearer were put forward, to increase the reliability of shearer and prolong the service life of shearer.
