舒适护理在肺叶切除术手术护理中的应用价值

摘要
目的观察胸外科手术室全程护理中舒适护理的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月~2017年7月我院收治的肺叶切除术手术治疗患者86例,根据患者所选择的护理方法分为对照组和实验组,每组43例,给予对照组患者手术室全程护理,实验组在对照组护理基础上,给予舒适护理,比较两组护理前后焦虑情况和护理配合度。结果护理前,两组患者的HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者护理后的HAMA评分显著低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的HAMA评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的护理配合度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将舒适护理应用于胸外科手术室全程护理中,能够有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提升护理配合度,从而提升护理效果,有助于患者的治疗和恢复,临床实践应用价值高,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing in the whole operation of thoracic surgery.Methods From July 2015 to July 2017,86 patients with pulmonary lobectomy were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the nursing methods selected by the patients,43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given whole-course nursing in the operating room,while the patients in the experimental group were given comfortable nursing on the basis of nursing in the control group.The anxiety and nursing coordination degree before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups(P>0.05).The HAMA score of the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than that before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMA score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of nursing cooperation in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the whole operation of thoracic surgery,comfortable nursing can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients and improve the nursing coordination so as to enhance the nursing effect,which is helpful to the patients′ treatment and recovery.It is worth to be popularized in clinical practice.
