基于产业价值链的云南省液态金属新材料产业商业模式创新

摘要
液态金属是一类具有独特物理化学性质的新兴功能性材料,云南省在液态金属产业的发展中位于前列,并致力于创造"中国液态金属谷",有效地带动其他产业升级,开辟出千亿规模的市场空间。要实现这一目标,需要对云南液态金属产业进行商业模式创新。基于产业价值链视角剖析云南省液态金属产业价值链的结构;对产业的商业模式进行分析,提出云南省液态金属产业的价值增长点;完成对液态金属产业链的混向整合;最后对液态金属产业的商业模式创新提出对策和建议。
Liquid metal is a new type of functional material with unique physical and chemical behavior. Yunnan Province is at the forefront of the development of liquid metal industry,and is committed to creating"China Liquid Metal Valley",effectively driving other industries to upgrade,and opening up market space with a scale of hundreds of billions yuan. To achieve this goal,the business model of the liquid metal industry in Yunnan needs to be innovated. This paper analyzes the structure of the liquid metal industry value chain in Yunnan based on the perspective of the industrial value chain,analyzes the business model of the industry,proposes the value growth point of the liquid metal industry in Yunnan Province,completes the mixed integration of the liquid metal industry chain,and finally proposes measures and recommendations for the liquid metal industry business model innovation.
