摘要
竖井井筒变形观测传统方法效率低下,无法对井筒细部进行观测。本文以鹤岗市兴安煤矿竖井井筒为对象,采用三维激光扫描技术,对整体井筒变形进行三维分析。利用井筒点云与参考模型体间,进行基于圆柱体投影的点云距离计算,分析整体井筒变形情况。采用井筒水平切片方法,对109片点云进行2D矢量位移计算,分析每处点云切片位移情况。对井筒点云进行三维建模,并进行井筒模型与参考井筒模型间比较,井筒变形细节清晰可见。经控制测量检验,该方法精度可靠,更加真实反映井筒空间变形特征,为今后竖井井筒变形监测提供一种新方法。
        The traditional method of shaft deformation observation is inefficient and cannot observe the details of shaft.This paper takes the shaft of Xing'an coal mine in Hegang city as the study object,and uses 3D laser scanning technology to analyze the deformation of the whole shaft.The distance of point cloud based on cylindrical projection is calculated between the point cloud of wellbore and the reference model body,and the whole wellbore deformation is analyzed.The displacement of 109 point clouds is calculated by 2D vector method with horizontal slicing method of wellbore,and the displacement of each point cloud slice is analyzed.Three-dimensional modeling of point cloud in wellbore is carried out,and the details of wellbore deformation are clearly visible by comparing the wellbore model with the reference wellbore model.The control survey shows that the method is accurate and reliable,and can reflect the spatial deformation characteristics of the shaft more truly.It provides a new method for monitoring the deformation of the shaft in the future.
