松材线虫病致病机理研究进展

摘要
松材线虫病是由松材线虫、寄主植物、媒介昆虫、伴生真菌和细菌、人类经济和物流活动及环境因素等多种因素交织作用形成的复杂病害系统。该病1982年发现以来至今一直是我国最为严重的森林灾害,其致病机理至今仍然没有定论,因此也制约着有效防控技术的产出。本文主要从松材线虫病的病原、致病机理、致病基因、松材线虫致病的生态学过程等方面综述了松材线虫病致病机理的研究进展,为松材线虫病的进一步研究和有效防控技术的产出提供参考。
        Pine wilt disease is a complex disease system which formed by a variety of factors,such as Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle,host plant,insect vectors,associated fungi and bacteria,human economy and logistics activities and environmental factors. This disease was the most serious forest disease in our country at present since reported at 1982,but its pathogenic mechanism was still unclear and therefore also suppressed the output of effective control technologies. In this paper,we reviewed the pathogenesis of the disease based on pathogen,pathogenesis,function of pathogenic genes,the pathogenic ecology process of B. xylophilus,which provided reference for further study and output of control technology of pine wilt disease.
