香砂六君子汤加减治疗活动性胃溃疡的疗效

摘要
目的:观察香砂六君子汤加减治疗活动性胃溃疡的疗效。方法:选取活动性胃溃疡患者共112例,将其按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各56例,观察组给予香砂六君子汤加减治疗,对照组给予西药常规治疗。比较两组症状情况、胃泌素和胃动素水平、治疗总有效率及复发率。结果:治疗后观察组症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);胃泌素和胃动素均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤加减治疗活动性胃溃疡的疗效优于西药常规治疗疗效。
Objective: To investigate effects of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on patients with active gastric ulcer. Methods: A total of 112 patients with active gastric ulcer were selected. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 56 cases in each. The observation group was treated with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction, while the control group was given conventional Western medicine. The symptoms, gastrin and motilin levels, total effective rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results:After the treatment, the improvement of symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05); the gastrin and motilin levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05); and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of the patients with active gastric ulcer is more effective than the conventional Western medicine.
