摘要
发动机冷却系统和润滑系统的密封性能会直接影响发动机性能和耐久性。这两个系统是集成在缸体和缸盖上,横向的机加工通道贯通了铸造孔,形成了完整的水道和油道,螺塞是用来密封机加工留下的工艺孔。通过对螺塞工作状态的分析,详细阐述了螺塞的密封机理,以及影响螺塞密封的主要因素,并给出了具体的设计和验证方法。设计方案通过了台架和整车的测试,产品已大量运用到批量生产项目中。
        Cooling and lubricating systems directly affect the performance and durability of an engine. These two systems are integrated in the cylinder head and block. Internal casting holes are cut through by drilling and create whole cooling and lubricating galleries. And threaded plugs are used to seal the drilled holes from outside. Based on the analysis of the working status of threaded plugs,the sealing mechanism and influence factors are introduced in detail,several design concepts and the validation method are summarized. The prototype sample has already passed the dyno and vehicle tests,and the parts have been widely used in mass production.
