摘要
采用活性分散艳红KR-3B与活性分散青莲KR-BR在数控超临界CO2染色装置中对羊毛散纤维进行染色,分析染色温度、染色压力和染色时间对染色K/S值的影响。经实验优化得活性分散艳红染色工艺参数为:染色温度100℃、压力22 MPa、时间50 min;活性分散青莲染色工艺参数为:染色温度100℃、压力24 MPa、时间70 min。通过扫描电子显微镜观察染色前后染料表观形态,染色后活性分散染料球状结构分裂,表观结构发生变化。染后羊毛纱线的耐摩擦色牢度和耐水洗色牢度均符合国家标准。
This paper adopts reactive disperse red KR-3B and reactive disperse KR-BR in NC supercritical CO2 dyeing apparatus to dye wool loose,analysis the influence of dyeing temperature,dye pressure,dyeing time on dyeing K/S value.After tests,the technological paramers are the reactive disperse red dyeing process parameters are: dyeing temperature 100 ℃,dyeing pressure 22 MPa,dyeing time 50 min,reactive disperse KR-BR dyeing process parameters are: dyeing temperature 100 ℃,dyeing pressure 24 MPa,dyeing time 70 min.The apparent morphology before and after dyeing,dyes are observed by a scanning electron microscope,after dyeing the dyes spherical structure split,the apparent change in the structure.The rubbing fastness and the washing fastness are in line with the national standards.
