活性黄染料对靛蓝牛仔布的套色工艺探讨

摘要
利用活性黄染料套色靛蓝牛仔布,研究套色前后牛仔织物的表观深度K/S值,分析了套色温度、染料质量浓度、套色时间及其机械振动级数对套色靛蓝牛仔布的影响。结果表明,活性黄染料套色牛仔织物的优化工艺参数为:套色温度45℃,染料质量浓度0.2g/L,机械振动级数3,套色时间30min。
The reactive yellow dye was used to dye indigo denim.The surface K/Svalue of indigo denim before and after over dyeing was investigated.Effects of over dyeing temperature,dye concentration,over dyeing time and mechanical vibration frequency on over dyeing of indigo denim were discussed.The results showed that the optimum over dyeing process for indigo denim is as follows:over dyeing temperature 45℃,mass concentration of dye 0.2 g/L,mechanical vibration frequency 3 and over dyeing time 30 min.
